Article 1. Application
A person who, on "THE GINZA Official Site" operated by THE GINZA Co., Ltd ("THE GINZA") (the website operated by THE GINZA is hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), has completed registration as a “Member of Membership Club” (such person registered is hereinafter referred to as "Member") by giving consent to the “Terms of Service of Membership Club" (these "Terms") and other terms and conditions of use regarding the services provided exclusively to Member by THE GINZA through the Website, etc. (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Service") may use the Service in accordance with these Terms. To confirm details of the Service, Member is requested to access the Membership Club at the following URL (https://www.theginza.com/en_JP/members-club-page.html).
Article 2. Amendment to the Terms
THE GINZA may freely at its discretion amend all or part of the provisions of these Terms without prior notice to Member. In such a case, THE GINZA may give Member notice of amendment on the Website, and amendment shall be deemed to have taken effect when the Member has consented to these Terms after the amendment or after five business days have passed since the notice of amendment was posted on the Website.
Article 3. Observation of the Terms
- Member shall, when using the Service, observe these Terms and other terms and conditions of use of the Service separately established by THE GINZA.
- THE GINZA may amend the contents of the Service without obtaining prior consent of Member.
Article 4. Registration of Membership
- A person wishing to be registered as a Member shall give consent to these Terms and apply for registration of membership in accordance with the procedure set forth on the Website. Registration of membership shall be conducted by the person wishing to be registered as a Member himself or herself and not be conducted by his or her representative.
- The procedure for registration of membership shall be deemed to have been completed at the time that THE GINZA has accepted the application under the preceding application. In cases falling under any of the following items, THE GINZA may not accept an application for registration of membership or, even after having accepted the application, may cancel the acceptance. Judgments as to whether or not specific acts qualify under the following items shall be made by The Ginza. (Such judgments shall be made freely at the discretion of The Ginza, and the same shall apply hereinafter, wherever the phrases “The Ginza judges” or “the judgement of The Ginza” are used in these Terms).
- when the applicant gave false facts in the application
- when the applicant falls under any of the prohibited matters set forth in Paragraph 1 of Article 13
- when it is found that the applicant was subjected to cancellation of membership qualifications, etc. due to violation of these Terms or other reasons in the past
- when the applicant applies for Membership by using, as his or her login ID, the email address registered by the already registered member
- when the applicant applies for membership by using, as his or her login ID, an email address other than the one in his or her own name
- when the applicant applies for membership under entrustment from a third party
- when the applicant is less than sixteen years of age
- when the applicant lives outside Japan
- when the applicant is a corporation
- when THE GINZA deems that the applicant is inappropriate as a Member
Article 5. Applicable Store
The Service may be used only at the following stores designated by THE GINZA and only on the Website.

- For the investigation of fraudulent acts, etc. (including fraud and unauthorized access using the Service), the prevention and the response to them (including the use of identity authentication service)
- For notification of necessary matters other than those set forth in the preceding items

- THE GINZA appoints the Representative Director as Personal Information Protection Administrator to perform the protection of personal information.
- THE GINZA shall appropriately handle personal information in accordance with not only the provisions of these Terms above but the statement set out on the site of “Regarding Personal Information” (https://www.company.theginza.co.jp/privacy/).
Article 7. Linkage of Member Information
- When Member who has the qualifications as a member under the membership system at the Applicable Store (hereinafter referred to as “Over-Counter Membership System”) completes the required procedure on the Website, THE GINZA shall make linkage between the Over-Counter Membership System and the Membership System of the Service.
- When the procedure stipulated under the preceding paragraph has been taken, Member information such as his or her member number and product purchasing history under the Over-Counter Membership System shall be used by and between THE GINZA and the Applicable Store in accordance with Paragraph 4 of article 6 of these Terms and the statement set out on the site of “Regarding Personal Information” (https://www.company.theginza.co.jp/privacy/).
Article 8. Point
THE GINZA may grant the Members certain points such as points based on standards separately set forth by Shiseido (hereinafter the “Points”) in proportion to the amount of purchase of the products specified by THE GINZA or the status of use of the services specified by THE GINZA on the Website and at the Applicable Stores with which linkage is made under the provisions of Article 7.
As to details of the terms and conditions of the Points, etc., when they are granted, and rules the Member is required to comply with in relation to the terms and conditions, please refer to the “Membership Club” on the Website and the provisions of “Regarding Points” in these Terms.
Article 9. Prohibition of Assignment of Rights
Member shall not engage in assignment, lease or offering as collateral, or any other similar act to a third party regarding his or her status or all or part of his or her rights or obligations pertaining to the use of the Service.
Article 10. Notification of Change
- When there is a change in the personal information registered such as the email address, home address and name, Member shall promptly and personally make the change to the content of registration in accordance with the procedure stipulated by THE GINZA on the Website. Even when any such change of the registration has been made, transactions for which procedures had already been taken before the change of the registration shall be conducted in accordance with the information before the change of the registration.
- When Member received at a later time or failed to receive a mail, email, product, cash or any other item to be received by Member from THE GINZA, etc. due to his or her failure to make a change to the registration as set forth in the preceding paragraph, Member shall be deemed to have received such mail, etc. at the time when such mail, etc. would normally have been received.
- THE GINZA shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Member due to his or her failure to make a change to the registration as set forth in Paragraph 1.
- Please note that in no event THE GINZA takes any procedure of making a change of the registration in the Applicable Stores.
Article 11. Login ID and Password
- Management and use of the login ID (email address) and password shall be made at the responsibility of Member. THE GINZA shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for Member’s error or mistake in use or improper use by a third party of such ID and password.
- Member shall not transfer, lend or disclose his or her login ID and password to a third party.
- When Member has found that his or her login ID and password are used by a third party, Member shall immediately notify THE GINZA accordingly.
- Member may not use the Service when the combination of the login ID and password entered does not match or when identification confirmation of Member is impossible.
Article 12. Withdrawal
- Member wishing to withdraw from THE GINZA Membership Club due to his or her reasons may withdraw from the program in accordance with the procedure stipulated by THE GINZA on the Website. When any specific act of Member corresponds to the prohibited matters set forth in Paragraph 1 of Article 13, THE GINZA may remove Member from its membership in the judgement of THE GINZA without notice to Member.
- Member shall agree in advance that after having completed the procedure for withdrawal Member can not use the Service and shall lose all the rights pertaining to the Service. Member shall, before finishing the withdrawal procedure, confirm the precautions, etc. and complete the withdrawal. THE GINZA shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for damages and disadvantages incurred by Member due to the withdrawal.
- When no login of Member has been confirmed for a certain period, THE GINZA may issue an email to Member for confirmation of intention of withdrawal. Further, when no login of Member has been confirmed even after the lapse of a certain period following the issuance of the said email, THE GINZA may take the procedure for withdrawal, deeming that Member has withdrawn from the program.
Article 13. Prohibited Matters
- THE GINZA prohibits Member from engaging in the following acts in the use of the Service. Judgements as to whether or not specific acts fall under the following items shall be made by THE GINZA.
- Any act that makes registration or makes a change in the content of registration by using a false name or date of birth, or an email address, address, telephone number, etc. of another person
- Any act that discloses or improperly uses the email address and password
- Any act that posts information by which an individual is identified, such as the address, telephone number or email address of Member or a third party, on places where such information is disclosed to all users of the Service
- Any act that defames, slanders or otherwise damages, or may defame, slander or otherwise damage the good name of other users, third parties or THE GINZA (including employees of THE GINZA)
- Any act that infringes or may infringe upon the property rights or privacy of other Users, third parties or THE GINZA (including employees of THE GINZA)
- Any act that infringes or may infringe upon the intellectual property rights (including copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights and trademarks) or image/portrait rights of other users, third parties or THE GINZA (including employees of THE GINZA)
- Any act that involves sending or writing harmful computer programs or the like
- Act that posts or transmits spam message (act of one or two or more users posting, wherever possible in the Service, the same or similar sentences or transmitting them as message), spam word (act of one or two or more users listing, wherever possible in the Service, a number of phrases which has nothing to do with or almost nothing to do with such places of posting, or extremely long sentences or many phrases ), or spam URL (act of one or two or more users posting, wherever possible in the Service, the same URL, or transmitting it as message), or any other act that posts or transmits a message, word or URL that THE GINZA deems as spam
- Any act that offends or may offend public order and moral standards of decency, or that constitutes or may constitute a criminal act
- Any act that repeatedly places or cancels orders or refuses to accept orders beyond the scope of ordinary consumers engaging in transactions
- Any act that, at the time of conducting communications via other networks at home or abroad, violates the rules of such networks
- Any act that causes excessive load to the server of THE GINZA or causes a hindrance to the network system of the Service
- Any act using or preparing to use the Services for purposes of resale of products or commercial purposes, or any act placing a bulk order beyond the scope of ordinary consumers normally placing orders
- Election campaign activities or any similar acts, or any other act that relates to politics and/or religion
- Any act engaging in transfer, sale or purchase, lending or offering as collateral of Points to other members or third parties, or conversion of Points into money, or co-owning of Points with third parties
- Any act engaging in sale or purchase, through network auction, etc., of services, benefits, etc. exchanged with Points or granted, or act using or preparing to use the Service for commercial purposes
- Any act that violates these Terms or hinders operation of the Service
- Act that violates or constitutes a violation of applicable laws or regulations
- When THE GINZA judges that any act of Member falls under any of the items of the preceding paragraph, THE GINZA may restrict or refuse the use of the Service by Member or cancel the contract with Member. In such cases, THE GINZA shall not take any responsibility whatsoever for damages or disadvantages incurred by Member.
Article 14. Deletion of Information Provided by Member
When information, texts, drawings, etc. provided by Member (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Information, etc.”) corresponds to the prohibited matters set forth in Paragraph 1 of Article 13, THE GINZA may, in its judgment, delete such Information, etc., without notice to Member, and in this case, THE GINZA shall not be required to disclose the reason for deletion. Member shall bear any and all legal responsibility resulting from the deletion, and THE GINZA shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for the deletion.
Article 15. Copyrights and Other Intellectual Property Rights
- All rights relating to all content displayed on the Website shall belong to or be used under license or other legitimate title by THE GINZA or Shiseido Company, Limited (including affiliates of Shiseido Company, Limited., collectively, “THE GINZA, etc.”), and THE GINZA shall prohibit Member from using any and all content displayed on the Website for any purpose other than personal use, from redistributing said content to the public, and from using or reproducing said content without permission, either within or outside the network.
- All trademarks and service marks appearing on the Website shall belong to or be used under license or other legitimate title by THE GINZA, etc., and THE GINZA shall prohibit Member from using any such trademarks and service marks without permission.
- Any copyrights (including rights provided for in Article 27 and Article 28 of the Copyright Act) or other intellectual property rights arising from or in connection with information provided by Member shall be transferred from Member to THE GINZA free of charge, and Member shall not exercise author’s moral rights or any similar rights whatsoever.
Article 16. Compensation for Damages
- Member shall bear responsibility for the use of and the result of use of the Service. If Member inflicts damages on other users or third parties for any reason attributable to Member in connection with the use of the Service, Member shall settle such damages at his or her responsibility and cost.
- If Member inflicts damages on THE GINZA due to a cause attributable to Member in connection with the use of the Service, Member shall compensate for damages incurred by THE GINZA.
Article 17. Disclaimer
- THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for damages arising in connection with the use of the Service or information, etc. provided by the Service, and not have the obligation to compensate for any such damages.
- THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for damages arising in connection with the use of such websites managed and operated by third parties that are linked from the Website and not have the obligation to compensate for any such damages.
- THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for damages incurred by Member in connection with the Service, such as damages incurred due to interruption, delay or discontinuation of the system or loss of data caused by failures of telecommunication lines or computers, and damages incurred due to alteration or destruction of data caused by unauthorized access to data.
- THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for any dispute arising between Members or between Member and a provider of information, etc. in the Service or between Member and a third party in connection with the use of the Service.
- THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for discontinuation of the Service.
- When THE GINZA confirms that the ID and password used by Member in the Service are valid by the method stipulated by THE GINZA, THE GINZA shall deem that the Service has been used by said Member himself or herself. Even if such Member’s ID and/or password are misappropriated or improperly used by a third party other than said Member for any reason, THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for damages incurred by Member as a result of such improper use.
- THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for damages incurred by Member due to his or her failure to make a change registration in the event of a change in his or her registered information.
- The provisions of this Article shall not apply when there is any willful act or gross negligence on the part of THE GINZA. Even when THE GINZA is held liable for damages for any reason, THE GINZA accepts no liability to make compensation in excess of the amount of fees paid by said Member for the past twelve months. Further, THE GINZA shall not accept any liability to make compensation for incidental, indirect, special or future damages, or loss of interests incurred by Member.
Article 18. Maintenance of the Service
THE GINZA may, in cases falling under any of the following items, suspend all or part of the provision of the Service without prior notice to Member in order to maintain the proper operation of the Service. In such cases, THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage or detriment arising to Member as a result of such suspension of the Service.
- Cases of regular maintenance and emergency maintenance of the system
- Cases where the operation of the system becomes difficult due to a fire, power outage, or act of interference by a third party or any other similar reason
- Cases where THE GINZA judges suspension of the system is necessary due to unavoidable reasons
Article 19. Termination of the Service
- Member shall consent in advance that THE GINZA may terminate or discontinue the Service without prior notice to Member.
- THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for damages incurred by Member as a result of the termination or discontinuation of the Service under the provision of the preceding paragraph.
Article 20. Acquisition, Use and Provision of Personal Information
- THE GINZA shall acquire from the users of the Website (hereinafter the "Users") attribute information (age, gender, residential area, etc.) that by itself does not constitute personal information and personal information such as log information related to Internet usage (IP address, MAC address, SSID, cookies, RDID and other terminal identifiers, web beacons, etc.) and use them for the same purposes of use of personal information as those stipulated in Article 6, Paragraph 3 and for the following purposes. In addition, when using the personal information acquired, THE GINZA may use it by collating it with the personal data held by THE GINZA.

- For THE GINZA or for companies to which THE GINZA entrusts its survey analysis activities to analyze the Users’ access trends on the Website by compiling statistics on the status of use of the Service by the Users
- For the purpose of providing information on the most appropriate advertisements based on the status of use by the Users
- For the purpose of prompting the Users to re-enter (re-authenticate) their passwords after a certain period of time has elapsed since their last use, in order to maintain security.
THE GINZA may allow contractor companies to which it entrusts advertising (ad placement) work to save and refer to the Website’s cookies via the websites of those companies.
- THE GINZA shall receive personal information from subsidiaries and affiliated companies of Shiseido Company Limited in Japan and overseas, as well as from subcontractors and business partners such as DMP providers and other advertising companies, research and analysis companies, media companies and database management companies in order to use the information for the same purposes of use of personal information as those set forth in Article 6, Paragraph 3 and the purposes specified in each item of Paragraph 1. In addition, when using the personal information provided, THE GINZA may use it by collating it with personal data held by THE GINZA.
- THE GINZA shall provide personal information of the Users to subsidiaries and affiliated companies of Shiseido Company Limited in Japan and overseas and subcontractors and business partners such as DMP providers and other advertising companies, research and analysis companies, media companies and database management companies.

On the Website, THE GINZA uses the “Google Analytics” service (provided by Google LLC) in order to obtain information on the usage of the Service by Member. Google Analytics uses THE GINZA cookies to collect and analyze information on Member which does not contain Personal Information.

Article 21. Linking to the Website, Advertisement
- Members may freely paste a link to the Website from their own websites, except for those which include the following kinds of content
- Any content that is offensive to public order or moral standards of decency
- Any content that violates laws or ordinances
- Any content that defames or slanders THE GINZA, etc., or any of its affiliates
- Any other content that is judged objectively by THE GINZA, etc. to be detrimental to its corporate value
- When linking to the Website, as a general rule, Member is requested to link to the top / home page of the Website (https://www.theginza.com). Member shall consent in advance that linked pages are subject to change or deletion without prior notice to the Users.
- THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for any detriment arising from or in connection with relocation or deletion of the page at THE GINZA’s own convenience.
Article 22. Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction
The Website and these Terms shall be governed, construed and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise provided, any and all disputes arising from or in connection with the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Regarding Point
Article 1. Point System
- Member shall be awarded points in proportion to the amounts of purchase of the products designated by THE GINZA or the status of use of the services designated by THE GINZA at the Applicable Stores and on the Website (such act of purchase of the products and use of the services is hereinafter referred to as "Transaction") and may use services and benefits as provided by THE GINZA according to each of stages of purchase/use that are applied in the following year in proportion to the accumulated number of points awarded during a period designated by THE GINZA (such services and benefits provided are together hereinafter referred to as "Benefits"). - Member may not use Points if the ID and password entered are not identical with his or her registered ones, or identification confirmation of Member is impossible, or if Member violates the prohibited matters set forth in Paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Main Section of these Terms.
- For details of the validity period of Points, please confirm the provisions of Article 3 (Validity Period of Point) of this Section "Regarding Point" of these Terms and the "Mypage." Points shall cease to be valid after the expiration of the validity period. Points that ceased to be valid shall not be re-awarded for any reason. Validity periods of use of Benefits according to each of the stages shall vary depending on kinds, etc. of Benefits, and Benefits after the expiration of the validity period of use may not be used.
Article 2. Awarding of Point
- Points shall be awarded after the lapse of a certain period as designated by THE GINZA following the completion of the Transaction. No Points shall be awarded when it is confirmed by THE GINZA that there is cancellation or return of products in the Transaction during the period, or when any of the items set forth in Paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Main Section of these Terms or in Paragraph 2 of Article 9 of this Section "Regrading Point" of these Terms is applied, or when it is confirmed by THE GINZA that the Transaction is related to products purchased at places other than the Applicable Stores.
- Final judgement on whether or not Points are awarded in the Transaction, the number of Points determined to be awarded, or awarding of any additional Points, or applicability of the stages to Members shall be made by THE GINZA, and Members shall follow such judgment of THE GINZA.
Article 3. Validity Period of Point
The validity period of Points shall expire on December 31 of the year following the day on which they are awarded. For details, please confirm "Mypage".
Article 4. Application of Stages in Proportion to Accumulated Number of Points
When the accumulated number of Points acquired by Member during a period designated by THE GINZA has reached the number of Points in each of the membership stages as specified by THE GINZA, the new stage corresponding to such accumulated number of Points shall be applied from the next year. Article 5. Confirmation of Points and Stages
For the number of Points acquired by Member, balance of Points, and applicable stages, please confirm them in "Mypage".
Article 6. Prohibition of Transfer and Aggregation of Points and Benefits
- Member may not transfer, sell to, purchase from or offer as collateral to a third party, or convert to cash, or co-own with a third party, any Points or Benefits held by said Member.
- When any Member made a number of membership registrations, said Member may not aggregate Points held in each of his or her membership registrations.
Article 7. Use of Points
- Member may exchange with Benefits, or use for settlement of all or part of payments for the applicable products or services, Points owned by said Member, by the method and at the rate of conversion specified by THE GINZA. Details of such Benefits and applicable products and services that are subject to the exchange or settlement of payment should be confirmed on the Website.
- THE GINZA may choose, and attach conditions to, the products and services which are subject to the use of Points under the provision of the preceding paragraph, and Member shall observe such conditions.
Article 8. Exchange of Points
- When Member has exchanged Points with Benefits in accordance with the procedure stipulated by THE GINZA,THE GINZA shall indicate on the Website that the procedure of acceptance of exchange has been completed. Once such indication has been made, cancelation of the exchange, change of the Benefits or the like may not be accepted thereafter.
- In no event may Member exchange Points with cash.
- Member shall register information as stipulated by THE GINZA wherever THE GINZA finds it necessary in taking the procedure set forth in Paragraph 1.
- THE GINZA may, at any time, at its discretion, determine, change or nullify contents of Benefits, unit of conversion, rate of conversion or the like. When Benefits are out of stock or not available due to any other similar reason, THE GINZA shall return the number of Points equivalent to those that were exchanged. In such cases, THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for any detriment incurred by Member arising out of the return and shall not make any compensation whatsoever therefor.
- When Benefits are delivered to Member by mail or by home-delivery service, THE GINZA shall delver them to the delivery address provided by said Member. THE GINZA can not make any delivery to post-office boxes or overseas destinations.
- If the delivery set forth in Paragraph 5 is impossible due to an error in the registered information, etc., THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for the impossibility of delivery nor have the obligation to make redelivery
- In the case of Paragraph 5, when Benefits have not been delivered even after the lapse of sixty days following the completion of the procedure of exchange under the provision of Paragraph 1, Member shall notify THE GINZA to that effect within seventy five days of the completion of such procedure of exchange. Benefits shall be deemed to have been delivered when any such notification has not been given by Member.
Article 9. Cancellation, Freezing, Invalidation, Exchange of Points, and Suspension of Awarding of Benefits
- When, after THE GINZA awarded Points or Benefits to Member, there are reasons for which THE GINZA finds it appropriate to cancel Points awarded to said Member, such as the return of products or cancellation of the Transaction, and cancellation of the membership system linkage with the Applicable Store, THE GINZA may cancel such Points or Benefits that were awarded through the Transaction.
- When THE GINZA judges that Member falls under any of the following items, THE GINZA may cancel or freeze all or part of Points or Benefits owned by Member or suspend the exchange of Points with Benefits or suspend awarding of Benefits or take any other similar action without prior notice to Member.
- When THE GINZA judges that Member was awarded Points or Benefits exceeding the number of Points or Benefits that should be awarded as a result of cancellation of the transaction on the Website or at the Applicable Store, return of products, cancellation of services or the like.
- When THE GINZA judges that Member was awarded Points or Benefits exceeding the number of Points or Benefits that should be awarded as a result of system failure, etc.
- When Member falls under withdrawal under Article 12 of the Main Section of these Terms and has lost qualification as a Member
- When Member committed an illegal act or unlawful act
- When Member committed a breach of these Terms or other terms, rules, etc. established by THE GINZA
- When THE GINZA judges it appropriate to cancel Points or Benefits awarded to Member in other situations
- When Member is suspected to have acquired Points in unusual ways and an excessive number of times or to have made any improper use of the Service, and THE GINZA finds it appropriate to cancel or freeze Points that were awarded to Member, or suspend Member's use of such Points, or suspend awarding of Benefits to Member
- When in any other situation Member committed or is suspected as having committed a breach of these Terms or unlawful act and THE GINZA finds it appropriate to cancel or freeze Points that were awarded to Member, or suspend Member's use of such Points, or suspend awarding of Benefits to Member
- When Member has not used Points or Benefits for periods exceeding a fixed period stipulated by THE GINZA, such Points or Benefits shall automatically be extinguished.
- THE GINZA shall not compensate for or accept any other liability for Points or Benefits cancelled or extinguished.
Article 10. Change and Termination of Points and Benefits
- Member shall consent in advance that THE GINZA may terminate, suspend or discontinue Points or Benefits, or change the Transactions subject to Points or Benefits, change the rate of awarding of Points, change contents of Benefits, change the validity period of Points, or change the use period of Benefits or make any other similar measure without prior notice to Member.
- THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for any detriment or damage incurred by Member as a result of the changes, etc. under the provision of the preceding paragraph.
Article 11. Use of Points or Benefits by a Third Party
- Use of Points or Benefits shall be made by Member himself or herself and may not be made by a third party other than said Member.
- When THE GINZA confirms that the ID and password entered by Member in the use of Points or Benefits are valid by the method stipulated by THE GINZA, THE GINZA shall deem that such Points or Benefits have been used by the Member himself or herself. Even if such Member's ID and/or password are used by a third party other than the Member due to misappropriation or improper use by a third party or any other reason, THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for damages incurred by the Member as a result of such improper use.
Article 12. Disclaimer
- THE GINZA will make its best efforts in the operation of the Service based on the technical standards as of the time that the Service is operated, but in no event shall THE GINZA guarantee the non-occurrence of any failure.
- THE GINZA accepts no liability whatsoever for damages incurred by Member in connection with the Service, such as damages incurred due to interruption, delay or discontinuation of the system or loss of data caused by failures of telecommunication lines or computers, or damages incurred due to failures related to the use of Points and damages incurred due to unauthorized access to data.
Supplementary provision
Article 1
Points that were awarded under the former "THE GINZA Members Club Terms of Service" before the revision of these Terms dated June 1, 2021 shall be taken over as Points at the same rate under these Terms after the revision.
