There are five member stages; THE GINZA Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black Diamond.

Points are earned for every 100 yen(excluding tax) spent on purchases. Points can be received not only at THE GINZA Official Site but also for purchases from affiliated retail stores (SHISEIDO THE STORE、THE GINZA Imperial Hotel Store).

Customers who newly register for THE GINZA Membership Club will receive 50 points.
Bonus Points for Checking Certificates of Authenticity
Customers who checked and registered the Certificate of Authenticity will receive bonus points.
- * Member registration and login is required to check a Certificate of Authenticity.
- * Points will not be granted for registering a product certificate for THE GINZA products purchased outside Japan. Birthday points earned for registering a product certificate of THE GINZA products purchased outside Japan will be deducted at a later date from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points originally earned.
Birthday Points
Receive bonus points for purchases made during the month of your birthday.
- *Register your birthday on My Page.
- *Only once during the month of your birthday.
- *The bonus points vary by member stage.
- *Points will not be granted for registering a product certificate for THE GINZA products purchased outside Japan. Birthday points earned for registering a product certificate of THE GINZA products purchased outside Japan will be deducted at a later date from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points originally earned.
About the Points
THE GINZA Membership Program allows registered members to earn points
based on the price of THE GINZA products purchased at selected stores
including THE GINZA Official Site and by using designated services.
The number of points earned determine the membership stage.
The points you have accumulated at the official online store as 1 point = 1 yen when shopping.
Purchase Points
Members earn point for every 100 yen (excluding tax) spent on THE GINZA products at the Applicable Stores* or on the Website.
- *Fractions of less than 100 yen (excluding tax) will be omitted.
- *An additional registration procedure is required to earn points from in-store purchases.
- *Points earned from online purchases will be credited after shipping. Note that points are granted on purchases of THE GINZA products only, and calculation of points excludes service charges and shipping fees.

*Excluding duty-free shops, which handle THE GINZA products.
Members earn point for every 100 yen (excluding tax) spent on THE GINZA products at the Applicable Stores* or on the Website. Fractions of less than 100 yen (excluding tax) will be omitted.
Points earned from in-store and online purchases are only redeemable towards online purchases.
An additional registration procedure must be completed by the Member to add points earned from in-store and online purchases. Check here for more details.
Corresponding to the number of points earned, the membership stage is applied to the Member's account.

- *Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
All points expire on December 31 of the year following the year in which they were earned.
- *Points may only be used by the Member.
- *Points are no longer valid after the Member withdraws from the Membership Program.
Members will get points automatically when the shipping is finished.
Log in to My Page on the Website and go to Registration Profile > Hanatsubaki ID Registration. Register your purchase by following the steps specified for each Applicable Store as indicated below.
-SHISEIDO THE STORE/THE GINZA Imperial Hotel Store
Register your Hanatsubaki Club Member ID number (13-digit).
On your first purchase at one of the Applicable Stores, points will be reflected in your balance within a few days after the purchase, in proportion to the amount of the purchase.
On your second or subsequent purchases at the same Applicable Store, points will be reflected in your balance within two days after the purchase.
- *Benefits are subject to end or change without notice.
- *Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used as part of the purchase price.
- *Points with multiple IDs cannot be added together.
- *Limited to the purchase of THE GINZA products at applicable stores, excluding duty-free shops, which handle THE GINZA products.
- *Point use is limited to the person himself / herself.
- *If you withdraw during the validity period of the points, all points will be invalid.
Customers with Hanatsubaki Club members card
After registering with THE GINZA Membership Program, please register your from My Account page of THE GINZA Official Site.
Your Hanatsubaki ID can be registered.
- * Enter only the numbers of the ID without hyphens.
- * Please note that the design of card is subject to change.
