Can orders be made from overseas?

Sorry, we can only ship products to address in Japan.

I have placed an order but I have not received a confirmation e-mail.

If you do not receive an e-mail after your order has been completed, there may be an error in the e-mail address you provided or it is due to the inbound settings on your e-mail account. Please contact us using the inquiry form.

I would like to change the payment method and order details.

Once you place an order, the payment method and order details cannot be changed. If you would like to make a change, please cancel your order and place the order once more. Please note that in that event, we cannot guarantee stock.

I would like a receipt

In principle, we do not issue a receipt. If you would like to receive a receipt, please contact us by inquiry form. Please note that a receipt cannot be issued if there is no request within one month from the shipment of the product.

The convenience store payment deadline has expired. What should I do?

We are sorry but the order will be canceled. It would be much appreciated if you could resubmit the order. Be please aware that we are not able to guarantee stock.

When you purchase a product, you can select 2 sample products you want.

Can the product be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

THE GINZA products can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If your skin becomes sensitive, you should refrain from using the product.

Can I reserve limited edition items?

Only on some products, such as limited edition products, can be reserved. Unfortunately we are not able to take reservations for our standard product lineup.

How to register a QR code?

By scanning a QR code on your smartphone, you can register the QR code.

Do all THE GINZA products have blockchain stickers?

Products released after June 2021 excluding cotton products have the certificates.
THE GINZA REFINING COTTON P, THE GINZA SUPERIOR COTTON P,THE GINZA ESSENCE EMPOWERING, THE GINZA HYBRID DAY PROTECTOR,
THE GINZA EAU DE PARFUM, and THE GINZA PARFUM do not have the certificates with unique product IDs.

Do TREX(Travel Retail Exclusive) or set products have blockchain stickers?

TREX products do not have blockchain product but the products inside TREX have blockchain stickers.

Is there any other way to get Certificate of Authenticity other than scan a QR code?

You can register Certificate of Authenticity by typing the URL on the sticker into the browser’s address bar and press Enter on your keyboard.

Is there any easier ways to peel off a sticker?

It is easier to peel off the sticker with your index finger.

How to peel away a top layer of the label without peeling off the bottom layer?

If you accidentally peel off the bottom layer of the label instead of its top layer, you can stick the label on scrap paper and peel away the top layer of the label with your index finger or you can cut the lower left corner (2mm from the lower left) and peel the layer away while rubbing the layer with the pad of your finger.

Where is a blockchain sticker of each product?

When you open the product box, the label is right in front of you. Please be careful that the sticker position is different for each product.

Do I get bonus points for registering products purchased outside Japan?

You can check Certificate of Authenticity but you do not get bonus points.

Do I get bonus points by registering THE GINZA products given as gifts from my friends?

Regardless of whether it is a gift or not, you can get bonus points by scanning a QR code inside the product box purchased in Japan.

You can change your details from [Edit Member Information] on My Page.

  1. Enter your registered e-mail address and password.
  2. When you enter My Page, click [Edit Member Information].
  3. All of your registered details are entered here so please make any desired changes.
  4. Finally, click [Update]. Check the updated content.
  5. Click [Update] again.
