Using your hand, firmly massage up and down your arm, from wrist to shoulder.

Beginning at the wrist, massage your arm by twisting your hand back and forth while moving it toward the upper arm.

Move four fingers back and forth between your collarbone and underarm.

Using both hands, firmly massage up and down your leg, from ankle to thigh.
