Approach to Safety Assurance
With the aim of further increasing customer satisfaction, every day we engage in research and development, including research into new ingredients.
Bearing in mind the usage amount and location, we only include ingredients which have been clearly shown to be safe.
We do not commercialize any ingredients which cannot be demonstrated to be safe through Shiseido’s assurance system.
Post-Launch Approach
We make every possible effort regarding products supplied to customers, but if an unforeseen circumstance were to occur, we will promptly share information, and always consider and take appropriate measures.
Where necessary, we will disclose information, making the greatest effort so that the inconvenience to our customers is kept to a minimum.
