How to Check and Register Certificate of Authenticity
STEP1
Peel off the sticker inside the package of the product you purchased and scan the QR code.
* The QR code is attached on a different location depending on the product.
STEP2
Link to the place of residence selection page. Select your place of residence.
STEP3
Click “New Member Registration” to register THE GINZA Membership Club.
If you are already a member, log in using your registered email address and password, proceed to STEP 5.
STEP4
At the member registration completion page, click “Check and register Certificate of Authenticity”.
STEP5
Click “Check and receive points”
STEP6
Once the purchased product and ID are displayed, registration is completed.

Bonus points for checking THE GINZA Certificate of Authenticity
Customers who checked and registered THE GINZA Certificate of Authenticity will receive bonus points.
- * Member registration and login is required to check and register a Certificate of Authenticity.
- * Points will not be granted for registering a product certificate for THE GINZA products purchased outside Japan. Birthday points earned for registering a product certificate of THE GINZA products purchased outside Japan will be deducted at a later date from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points originally earned.
